No bomb found; several homes are evacuated - St. Petersburg Times
A bomb panic Monday afternoon led Clearwater police force to evacuate respective places on Second St Martin Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue. Officers went to the 1300 block of MLK after a adult female called police force shortly after twelve noon to describe that her neighbour said he had a bomb that would travel off in 11 minutes.
Officers talked to the adult male and determined that he was mentally ill. After about 90 minutes, the adult male came out and was taken into detention for a 72-hour mental wellness evaluation. No 1 was ache and no bomb was found.
School Board meeting Tuesday to be televised

Two work force confront separate battery complaints
It was a busy - and eccentric - weekend for Largo police. On Saturday, military officers received a phone call about a adult female horseback riding on the hoodlum of a auto on Ulmerton Road about 12:30 p.m.
After she was dropped off at a gas station at Ulmerton and Belcher roads, she told police force she had been arguing earlier that twenty-four hours with her boyfriend, Joey Batdorff, 28. When he tried to go forth their place at the Meridian Palms Apartments, 305 Glades Circle, she jumped on the auto to halt him. But Batdorff continued to drive at velocities of up to 50 mph, witnessers said. Batdorff, who have been released from jail, confronts one count of aggravated domestic battery.
Then, at 1:19 a.m. Monday, military officers were called to Cork Street in response to a ailment of domestic battery. The suspect, Saint Patrick Kilgore, 35, fled the house wearing only his pugilist shorts. Officers establish him on the roof of his home.
Kilgore was charged with three counts of domestic battery and was being held Monday at the Pinellas County Jail in stead of $15,000 bail.
